Joe Simcox opened Simcox Appraisal after 15 years as the senior commercial appraiser with an appraisal firm in Ipswich, MA. After 25 years of appraisals performed for banks, attorneys, area conservation groups and individual property owners, the firm’s focus shifted to eminent domain projects. Mr. Simcox is on the approved appraiser list for MassDOT and has performed eminent domain appraisals for cities and towns from Belchertown in western Massachusetts to Newton, MA near Boston, involving a range of complexity.
